These Terms govern your use of the 1%ers app ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Using the App

1%ers provides AI-generated habit blueprints and coaching for personal development. It is a self-improvement tool and is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Your account

You may use the App without an account, or create one to sync your progress across devices. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete my account.

Subscriptions

Pro and Pro+ are auto-renewable subscriptions offered via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and period shown, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the App, attempt to break or overload our systems, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

AI content

Blueprints and coaching are generated by AI and provided "as is". They may not always be accurate or suitable for your situation — use your own judgement.

Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
