Privacy Policy

1%ers ("we", "us", the "App") helps you build habits using an AI-generated blueprint and coach. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information — if you create an account, your email address and a securely-hashed password (handled by Google Firebase Authentication).
Your content — the goal, "why", habits, streaks, reflections and coach conversations you create in the App. If you have an account, this is synced to your private cloud record so it's available across your devices.
Purchase information — your subscription status (Pro / Pro+), managed via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play. We never see or store your card details.
Device & advertising identifiers — to measure the performance of our marketing (e.g. which ad led to an install), we use the Meta (Facebook) SDK, which may collect a device/advertising identifier. On iOS this uses Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork.
Diagnostic data — basic app usage and crash information to keep the App working.

How we use your information

To provide the App — generate your personalised blueprint and coaching, and save your progress.
To sync your progress across your devices when you sign in.
To process and restore subscriptions.
To measure and improve our advertising and the App itself.

AI processing

To build your blueprint and coaching messages, the goal and context you enter are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. This data is processed to serve you and is not used to train AI models.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers that make the App work: Google Firebase (accounts & data storage), RevenueCat and Apple / Google (subscriptions & payments), Meta (advertising measurement), and Anthropic (AI processing). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Data retention & security

Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. We keep it while your account is active. You can delete it at any time (see below), after which it is removed.

Your choices & deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time: in the App, open Settings → Account → Delete my account. You can also request deletion at 1%ers Account Deletion or by emailing us. You may use the App without an account, in which case your data stays only on your device.

Children

1%ers is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
