Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your 1%ers account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — Instantly, in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the 1%ers app.
  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
  3. Under Account, tap "Delete my account".
  4. Enter your password to confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email nopressure@npepc.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your email/login, and all your content — goals, habits, streaks, reflections and coach conversations. This cannot be undone.

Note: your subscription is managed by the App Store / Google Play. To stop billing, also cancel the subscription in your store account settings.
